Pickups and Deliveries are scheduled for 48 hours after payment confirmation at the earliest.

STORE PICKUPS
Select ‘Store Pickup’, The Flower Farm branch for your pickup, then the date and time for pickup in your Cart page before clicking check out.
Pickup times are during the branch operating hours only.
You will receive a pickup reminder from us on your scheduled pickup day.
Store Pickups are free of charge.
SCHEDULED DELIVERIES
Select ‘Local Delivery’, then select a date and time for your delivery in your Cart page before clicking check out.
We deliver between 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM daily. We can not guarantee an exact delivery time but rest assured your arrangements will be delivered on the date of your order.
If the recipient is not available to accept the delivery at the given delivery address, The Flower Farm Corporation reserves the right to charge a re-delivery fee if needed.
DELIVERY FEES
Delivery fees are subject to changes depending on season.
Our deliveries within greater Metro Manila will be handled by our own in-house service or our partner carrier service depending on availability. Delivery fees will be calculated based on order size and distance from our branches at the checkout page.
SUBSTITUTION POLICY
Due to the nature of our products all flower and plant types are subject to substitutions depending on seasonal and regional availability.
We reserve the right to substitute any flowers or decorative elements with ones of similar or superior style, quality, and value without prior notice.
In cases of substitution we will do our best to match the overall colour scheme of the arrangement rather than just match the specific flower and plant types.
